The frame as received did not work at all. A small piece was broken. The frame was returned with no difficulties encountered.

Have only had for one month. First of all they say "WOOD" - and I say really????? I would say it is plastic. If it is wood it has been coated to look just like plastic. It is attracitve enough but I doubt wood. I have taken all my photos, loaded them on an SD chip, run them through MS Fax & Picture Viewer and rotated them all correctly there. I then put the chip into the slot on the photo frame and they are playing perfectly. Have not tried any other settings or loading directly into the frame as it is much faster to capture them off my hard drive and onto a chip (they are $12 for 2 GB so why not). The picture is fantastic (I am very picky on this issue) and resolution looks great. The frame is very large so you really need a good place to display it. At this point I would really recommend for the price as long as you are not expecting wood (the reason it got only 4 stars.)

Was looking for the perfect Father's Day gift for a budding new photographer, my Dad. Dad is 83 and he loves digital photography, and this is the perfect way for him to display his works. He even travels with it instead of a laptop to view his photos at the end of the day.

The fram has a great big size, very elegant and has the stand device which I needed to display in my husband's business. It is very easy to use. The options of different memory devices you can use on it is very convinient. The only thing I didn't like about it is that the pictrues were dark and not bright clear as I would like them to be. So as we were displaying food platters pictures, the food looked burned in the pictures.
Bad out of Box July 16, 2010

Received the unit which was poorly packed and didnt really have enough padding inside the box...box was crushed on one end. Opened the unit up , installed my memory card and I was off and running. I never opened the instructions and was able to install my pics and figure out the menu buttons on the side of the frame. Everything was cool until 45 minutes into this the display started severely jittering the image and displaying horizontal scan lines in the display :(. The quality and brightness of the images was great up until that point. The frame detects whether its horizontal or Vertical sitting and rotates / adjusts the images to compensate. The images can be played random or sequential with as little as 3 seconds between pics. It comes with a remote which I never even unpackaged. So its going back to Amazon as a bad out of box unit. I may risk it and try to buy another as for $99 and 15 inches it WOULD BE pretty cool if it worked :( ......J
