Very pleased November 27, 2008 I bought these headphones a few weeks ago to replace the stock headphones that came with my iriver. I am very impressed with the sound quality. The extra pads that are included are great, because I have very small ears and have a hard time finding earbuds that actually fit. My only complaint is that the little pads are really hard to get on and off. One warning - keep the volume low on your player. I find that keeping it set to 3 or 4 is usually enough, and it would be really easy to damage your hearing going much higher with these headphones. The frequency range (as stated on Panasonic's website) is 6Hz - 25kHz, by the way, which Amazon doesn't seem to list.
Fantastic! November 17, 2008 These are some great little earbuds. I use them all the time and they have lived up to my abuse quite well. I am something of a klutz and so am constantly jerking these things out of my ears by accident, forgetting I have them in and walking away from my PC, or doing something else terrible to them. They still work perfectly after using them for 9-12 months.
I listen to electronic music for the most part and these sound great. Because they are in-ear buds the bass is very respectable and the highs are still clear. The only complaint in the audio department is that perhaps they are a little TOO sensitive. If you like your music loud, these are for you. I have to turn my laptop audio almost all the way down to keep from blasting my brains into mush. But hey, this also means that you can save some battery on your MP3 player by not having to push the volume way up to get a listenable level.
Comfort-wise I forget I even have these things in. I wear them for hours at a stretch while I study. Everyone's ears are different, but I think these have a good chance of fitting well unless you have exceptionally small ears.
Truly Amazing! November 14, 2008 OK. If you are an amateur music listener like me you are going to love these. the rubber buds are "VERY" comforting. Noise cancellation works well. Works wonders with an ipod and even better for laptops.
I strongly recommend these.
The most comfortable buds! November 7, 2008 These are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever tried. I listen to books and the sound is great, but I can't really say if it's great for music or not. I will buy another pair if I ever break these, for the price the comfort cannot be beat!
Disappointed November 2, 2008 For some reason, the sound from these earbuds is attenuated in a big way: I really have to crank up the volume of the source to even come close to a reasonable listening experience.
The bass is pretty good but overall they are unusable for me. I'll use the carrying pouch and extra ear pieces as spares for the other earbuds I use (came with my long-ago-shelved Alienware MP3 player).
Not recommended.
