grey replacement silicone earbuds November 19, 2008 THE BIG REASON I NEEDED THESE WAS BECAUSE THE BLACK ONES THAT CAME WITH THE SONY'S KEEPED FALLING OFF. THESE HOWEVER REQUIRE A LOT MORE FORCE TO LOOSE THEM. I STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL ONES FROM WHEN I ORDED THEM FROM AMAZON. HAVE A SPARE PARE THOUGH READY TO GO. THEY STAY ON VERY WELL.

These stay on a LOT better than the stock ones. I got several pair, expecting to loose them periodically. I only needed one set. Great.
Not the same! April 2, 2008 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
These replacements aren't nearly of the quality of the original. Whereas when I originally bought the headphones they were somewhat noise canceling, these make them sound like the old $10 ones you can get at a gas station.
wonderful product February 29, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
unlike the wimpy sleeves that came with my high-quality headphones, these have not come off, even when the headphones have gotten ripped out of my ear on accident. they stay on, are comfortable, and even look good - i highly recommend.
A waste of four earbuds February 12, 2008 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
I lose more earbuds than I care to think about. I don't misplace them: they pop off the end of the earphones when a leash gets entangled, and you ain't gonna find a gray or black earbud (or even white) in a bunch of mulch, now are you going to be willing to look in a dog park. So, it was with some reluctance that I put out $10 for TWO earbuds. Yes, two.
Six come in the package, but only two fit my ears. I use the other four in a pinch until my next shipment comes in. And I figure that it costs Sony's supplier 1 to produce a pair. But they've got you by the earbuds, so you swallow and buy rather than toss out a good pair of earphones.
On the other hand, it was just a year ago that I couldn't even find spare earbuds and had to buy the cheapest set of "earphones" just to strip them of the earbuds.
By the way, they're really comfortable.
