Will someone please tell the vendors of this set that inasmuch as this unit was selling for less than $690 w/ free shipping from 6Ave less than two weeks ago (Dec 2008), neither I nor anybody I can convince will pay the nearly $750 or more shown as of 7 January 2009. If your answer to the recession is to raise prices, to pad your margin, already fair at about $680, to hell with you all. We will find something as good or better elsewhere.
 Just what I wanted December 20, 2008
Price was right. TV has a great picture even without the High Def Box. Sound could be a little better, but once you play with the bass, its fine. Was really easy to set up. Love the 1080p.
Amazing Services from 6th Avenue December 16, 2008
I ordered this beautiful HDTV Saturday evening with standard shipping with a delivery estimate from 12/18-23. Unexpectedly, the TV arrives on 12/16, way before the earliest estimate given. The product is in perfect condition and the service was amazing. Plan to buy many more electronics from 6th Avenue Electronics.
Great design! Great T.V. December 7, 2008
This is my first personal HDTV.
After doing a lot of research, I decided on the Sharp over a Samsung with 720p and a similar price.
This TV has an amazingly clear and crisp picture in all modes. Controls are intuitive and numerous features allow you to tweak the picture to your liking.
I know people will tell you that you can't tell the difference between 720 and 1080.....I disagree.
My XBox 360 games in 1080p are noticeably clearer on my monitor than on my friend's 720p.
BOTTOM LINE
Don't buy a 720 when you can have the peace of mind that you are always getting the absolute best picture possible.

This is my second 32" Sharp LCD TV. I am impressed with the picture and reliability.
