I have six Sony TV's and this one is great just like the others .
 Help wanted for color adjustment of Sony Model KDL-32M4000 January 6, 2009
Product (Sony Model KDL-32M4000) is generaly satsfactory except I dont seem to get the color adjusted to equal the brightness, intensity and depth that I have on my old (5 years) 27 in. Toshiba. I dont seem to be able to achieve the quality of color that I have observed in stores on this model Sony. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Very pleased with the product, price and shipping. In fact, the TV was up and running 30 minutes after it arrived and there were no problems.

So far we have enjoyed a wonderful HD view of TV...it is our family's first HD TV. The sound quality and picture are fantastic...Sony has
always come through for us...and continues to do so. Amazon did great with the order...and shipment...even during the crazy Christmas rush.
 Horrible Shippers (CEVA) January 6, 2009
I ordered this item on Dec 3rd, and I was told it would be here by Dec 9th or 12th. The shippers Amazon chose(CEVA) came to my state 3 times but didn't deliver my tv. The tv went all around the country and back. When called several times I was told I would get it the next day. Finally when they tried to deliver the tv the box was severely damaged, and the the tv was broken (so much for white glove deleivery). The shippers even thougt it was funny. I will say that Amazon refunded my money quickly, and I am thankful for that, but I will never buy a large item from Amazon again because they use a really incompetent company to ship them.
