Product Description Monitor your pedaling cadence as you ride / Measures and reports your pedaling strokes per minute / Self calibrating
Amazon.com Product Description A good companion for Garmin's Edge 305 and 305CAD cycle computers and the Garmin Forerunner 305 personal trainer, the GSC 10 monitors your cycling rhythm for up-to-the-minute results and later analysis. The self-calibrating, wireless unit measures both speed (in pedaling strokes per minute) and cadence , then provides feedback to the user for optimal performance. You can later feed the results to Garmin's Training Center software, which helps you tailor your workouts to meet specific goals and objectives. Like the Garmin heart rate monitor, the GSC 10 attaches easily to your bike, where its sensors detect signals from your wheels and send the information wirelessly to your personal trainer/cycle computer. It's also backed by a one-year warranty.

Design flaw December 13, 2008 When placing the sensor, it turns out that there is too much tilt towards the crank. After one bump on the road, or hitting it with my road shoe, the arm of the sensor moved and the spokes hit it and broke it off. I am now on my second sensor.
Garmin Forerunner 305 Speed/cadence sensor December 1, 2008 It was a little touchy getting it set up, just getting the pick-ups in the right place and close enough. I haven't had a chance to use it outdoors yet but on the trainer it works great.
Garmin Cadence Sensor October 30, 2008 Great addition to anyone whom already has a Garmin compatible watch! Easy to use, install, and connect. I have no other products/experience with other biking computers but I couldn't imagine them being any easier than this. Provides great feedback on cadence, speed, etc.
works better second time around October 15, 2008 The item is fine and quality outstanding however shape is not "modernized" with the trends in aluminum-formed chain stays. So the first one I bought disappeared but the second time around I was able to secure it better and keep it going better. I'm happy.
