This is a review of another pepershredder made by TechKo. Stay as far away as possible. It has stopped working and I have sent it back no less than four times. Shipping costs for sending back faulty equipment has easily cost more than the initial price. Absolutely terrible.

I have had my Identity Guard (Model # sh2106pv) shredder for about 6 years now, and I have put this thing through many, many reams of paper, and it still shreds things nicely. It does only rip it into strips, but better than letting your documents go out intact. Very affordable, and dependable. Worth buying as a light use unit. If you are worried about being really secure, then a cross cut shredder/confeti shredder is what you need, but this does it for me.
