 No Hassle No Breakdown Shredder December 1, 2008
I read lots of reviews of various shredders, including the hint for this one that a knife point in the upper rt or lf corner of the basket will loosen it enough to withdraw the basket from the shredder, and am very satisfied that this shredder will not breakdown or wear out any time soon. Very good price, doubles as a lamp stand in a pinch! Husband says we have the Cadillac of shredders. And we do.

Our Purchaser bought this piece of junk for our office. The previous reviewers must have stock in the Aurora Company.
When it says 12 sheets max. it means per day.
Don't try a credit card if you expect to make your 12 sheets a day quota.
As stated earlier the shredder(or shall we call it "The unable to shred") has "No practical application".
If I was offered the Aurora for free I would still say it is way overpriced.
I tried to give it less that a star but one star is lowest you can rate this

Used this to destroy years of built up docs. Had to let it cool down a couple of times, but it came right back and keeps going.
Use a paring knife to open the paper drawer July 20, 2008

To open the paper drawer, insert a paring knife in the upper right hand corner and pry it open.
It has big wheels that make it easy to move around, even on carpeting.

amazing shredder at a good value. it can take practically anything you throw at it. never had a problem yet.
