 compact, easy November 29, 2008
This is a little small to be placed on the floor
and a little large for small and crowded desktops,
but the sturdy metal basket and simple head ease handling.
Pages often crowd up against one side or the other,
crinkling and slowing the motor, so feeding only
2 or 3 sheets at a time is prudent.
After a dozen or so consecutive operations,
the smell of warm oil reminds you that this is not
a high duty cycle commercial unit.

This is the best paper shredder we have ever used. It works so efficiently and never gets jammed up like other shredders. The basket is also nice and together the piece is heavy and stays standing up and does not fall over. For the price this is a super good buy.

Great little shredder. I am senstitive to a lot of chemicals, and this is one of the few I have found without the obnoxious plastic "chemical dump" smell. I appreciate the fact that unlke a smaller Royal shredder I had at one time, the paper does not some out through the wire basket and make a mess on the floor.

I have been shredding like mad, so mad in fact I accidentally shredded something that should not have been shredded. Oh well, it was just a current (paid) telephone bill.
I love my Aurora shredder. I only put 3 sheets at a time - the max is 6. It takes staples and credit cards.
This is a 4 star for me. I would definitely recommend this product.
