Confusing product codes September 7, 2007

Please note that this battery doesn't work in AT&T phones that use 3301. Although the batteries have practically the same code, P-3301 versus 3301, and look much the same, they differ in size and connector.
Presumably it's a good battery, but it doesn't fit my phone.
