 Don't buy the CT11 if you are using Mac Airport September 4, 2008
Don't waste your time and money buying the CT11 if you are using Mac Airport. The phone and the Airport use the same frequency and every time I make a call on this phone my wireless internet connection shorts out. Often receiving a call on this phone shorts out the internet as well. Both Apple and Plantronics are aware of this problem. There is no fix for this problem except to get a different phone.

This phone is okay... but the sound quality is lacking. Apparently there is a huge difference between the sound on my AT&T cordless set and this Plantronics set, as was noted when I switched phones.
Now, the battery does last a long time... and I do suppose that when it comes to tiny cordless sets, this one is not bad. As for the headset, I ultimately switched to using it with my AT&T set instead. The headset worked for about a year, which is actually rather long for consistently used Plantronics headsets. Before, I had purchased various Plantronics headsets without a phone, and they usually die in 3 months time. I should note, however, that I work from home... and my business requires a great deal of phone chat. In fact, as a rule, I refuse to buy headsets from Plantronics that are individually packaged, so this was a real leap of faith with me.... especially for around $100.
Would I say it was worth it? No. I am finished with this company... or at least I hope so. It's very difficult to find quality headsets for cordless phones. So I might be stuck with these guys again!
 A necessity for a mother of 3 (4 yrs old and under) April 26, 2008
This phone is a definite NEED for a busy mom with 3 kids and a daycare. I'm always doing things with my hands (multi-tasking) and without this phone I couldn't do it before. I love it. It works very well and I'm not sure how I lived without it before. Recommend to all multi-taskers!

I use this product heavily for work use - very good unit and holds a sufficient charge, and allows you to be anywhere around your house/yard and receive top reception. Only complaint is that it cuts my wireless out and I have to reset my channel almost every time I pick it up - but I believe I need to work this out through my router. Overall a great product for the money.

I bought this for a home-based business that I was running at the time and it works great. I love the fact that it is as small as it is. The only drawback to it is the belt clip, as other reviewers have stated, because it doesn't work that well. But aside from that, the phone is a great buy and defintely worth the price.
