The Coby CT-P9340 is a 2.4 GHz frequency-hopping spread spectrum signal cordless phone with full duplex hands-free operation with echo canceller. You can store up to 50 names and numbers for convenient speed dialing. The Caller ID with call-waiting feature has 30-name-and-number memory. With the big 3-line LCD display you can view name, number, date and time of calls. Other call features include 10-number recently dialed list, 11 ringtones with VIP function support, and DTMF and FSK dual mode operation. The P9340 also features an out-of-range indicator, battery capacity display, in-use charge indicator and auto-standby when handset is placed onto base after conversation. The handset comes with a volume control, ringer volume control, redial/hold/page buttons, tone/pulse dialing, battery low indicator, and built-in 2.5-millimeter jack for headset. No roamin' April 2, 2008
My unit keeps losing its connection to the base. The instructions for reregistering don't always work. On several occasions, I've had to remove the battery from the handset to reset it.
