The weather station phone did not work from day 1. I called customer service for help and had to hold for a long time and then was disconnected when I was once again put on hold. They asked for my phone number in case the call was disconnected, but never called back. I have since sent the phone back. I must say the return process was easy. Had the company called back to try to resolve my problem I would have kept the phone.
