The Lexmark P4350 includes a 1.68-inch color LCD screen that lets you preview output in full color before printing. This PictBridge certified Home Photo Center includes photo editing features, available with or without a PC, that let you customize photos quickly and easily. You can quickly print photos without a PC using your digital camera memory card or using the PictBridge digital camera interface. Brilliant six-color 35mm-quality borderless photos are produced with up to 4,800 dpi on photo paper, and they're printed in as few as 38 seconds. Print up to 15 ppm color and up to 22 ppm black with the optional Lexmark black cartridge. (Print speeds assume QuickPrint mode under ideal conditions and exclude PC processing time; actual speed will vary.) You can easily enhance, print, and manage your digital photos using the exclusive Lexmark Photo Editor or Imaging Studio Software.  Does the job, but not fantastic by any stretch September 29, 2008
OK, maybe I expect a bit much from my imaging products. I worked for 5 years in a professional graphics service bureau with scanners, printers and digital workstations that cost in the 10's of thousands of dollars each. So I know how good scans and prints should look. ;-)
I also know that I shouldn't expect $10,000 quality from a $79 device. However, I'm not satisfied at all with the scan or print quality of this printer. Color banding is awful when scanning color photos and overall print quality is poor. If you're looking for a device to archive your treasured family photos, this is definitely NOT the scanner you want to use.
But for general office use (scanning invoices, faxing, printing Word documents or an occasional color graph) I would find this device quite acceptable. In fact, I have recommended it to several friends of mine who own small businesses and just needed an all-in-one for occassional use.
I would give it 1 star for demanding color users (very poor at scanning/printing photos), 3 stars for occassional small-business or home-office user.

I bought this printer because we have a very old Lexmark that takes a licking and keeps on ticking. Sad to say, I have never been pleased with the output. The scaner is not working properly, have not been able to get the copier to work (I still use my old HP for that) and the colored output is very bad.
The photo ink is not printing as good a photo as my HP did. I finally realized that I am paying a lot for my ink and do not seem to be able to use remanufactured ink. I can buy a new printer for what I pay for the ink. Cartridges do not print as many pages as suggested when you buy the larger sized ink cartridge. I will find another printer that is "greener".
I can say the "fax" worked perfectly when I needed it. So I gave it one star for that reason. I will not buy another.

This is a really fine trouble free All In One machine. To also print or copy in black & white - after you install printer, just simply change the cartridge on the left with the black dot to a number 32 or 34 and you have all you need to print full color/black & white photos, documents etc. Just follow the manual. This as I said is a wonderful machine.

Don't buy the cheapest printer out there. The Lexmark P4350 is the best buy for your money. It is durable, strong, super fast, uses little ink, has a copier, scanner, printer feature, and with the great software that they give you it has the ability to fax. The printer is quiet, easy to use, has great color and quality, easy to understand instruction manuel, and the ink is a popular cartridge that can be bought at almost any local store.
I have never had any problems with it, and I highly recommend this product!

This printer is better than any I have owned and I have had them since computers were started. The only thing I would say was even slightly negative was ink. It does use more ink but performance outweighs the ink issue by far. Buy one.
