Dont buy this printer from here. Buy it locally in a store NEAR you, so you can return it if it comes with defects. Bought mine here and shipping was like lightening. set it up and the DREADED ERROR "Cannot recognize inks" came up. I'm an international customer so ended up having to ship it back to the us for about $140 - more than the freakin printer itself. Epson is sweet though. Great customer service and they shipped a new and fixed one back out to me in no time.

This printer is a one stop shop for all my photo needs. it has a little screen on it to view pictures while printing directly from the camera or SD cards. it has a great scanner/copier and is not that complicated so you can really have fun with all the features. Mine came supplied with ink but no printer cable to connect it to my computer. I just used the one that came with my old printer. Prints great off the computer, too! All in all, A+ !

This was a Great buy, it was a better printer then I thought it would be, the price was unbeleivable, and I got it sooner then they said I would. I will buy from Amazon again.
Excellent Printer December 11, 2008
I'm a television/film professional and am mastering dvds all the time. This printer is excellent. Produces BEAUTIFUL dvds. Ink does run out quick but that's to be expected. Carrot Ink [dot com] has replacement ink for a fraction of the cost.
I also print out photos on photo-paper and the image is just gorgeous.
If you're looking for an all-in-one that prints right on dvds. Look no further. This is it. Buy this. You won't find better at this price, that's for sure.

Great printer for the price ($85.00). I replaced every cartridge with non Epson cartridges without a problem then finally experienced the same error others received with my Epson RX595 printer (won't recognize cartridges). I luckily had another cyan cartridge to try (non Epson) and again received the error that all 6 cartridges could not be recognized. Since the printer would not recognize all of the cartridges, I determined that it probably was not related specifically to the cyan cartridge. I hit the "Stop/Clear Settings" button and started to reseat each cartridge one at a time. After reseating the black cartridge, the printer came back failing to recognize only 4 of the 6 (making progress). I then reseated the other 4 cartridges and the printer finally accepted all 6. Good Luck.
