I purchased two Brother Toner Cartridges for my printer. Their web site claims products by brother. I assumed they would be genuine brother products. I received one genuine brother cartridge and the other was a compatible brother cartridge. They need to clearly specify genuine or compatible. There are many web sites that sell compatible brother cartridges for a much cheaper price than Amazon.

We use the Brother TN-115 high yield toner cartridges for our Brother MFC-9840CDW printer and have had no problems at all.

Good value. Much less then HP. I changed all my HP color printers to brother. 1/2 the price to print a color page. Generic refills clogged the printer. I will only use OEM from now on.
