Great sound and battery life. Transferring music to the player is a breeze, simple click and drag.
However the interface, graphics are mediocre compared to the Ipod. Converting video to get transferred to this player is a pain. I was not able to figure it out despite the help of a Cowon forum. Too bad technical support is inadequate. Great potential... but is stayed as potential.
I am sticking with my Ipod and Iphone.

I am no technocrat so I am in no way using the G2 even to a fraction of it's capabilities. But because of all it the functions available Iam being challnged to explore other uses in addition to listening to music. I bought this unit primarily to listen to music from my CD collection and I am extremely pleased with the sound quality, the ease of use, and the large screen screen display. I also like the ability to see the artist, the title of the song, and the album that is currently being played. The touch screen is fairly sensitive and have found myself advancing to another song on occasion from bumping the unit. Battery life is very long; I have had the unit for approximatley several weeks and have yet had to recharge the battery. The unit can be recharged either by the USB port in a computer or by the supplied wall socket charger provided (either US or international wall sockets). The G2 exceeds all my expectations.

This is an amazing product. Small and lightweight with very good screen resolution. The rechargeable battery is beyond amazing. I charged it once over a week ago. I have played music for at least 12 hours so far. The battery still has three quarters of the charge left! The touchscreen and software are easy to use. Unit comes with a stylus for use on the touchscreen, but it's easier to use your finger as long as you are precise about where your touch the screen. The D2 has excellent sound with several preset and a fully adjustable equalizer options. The earphones are, however, mediocre. I really love the fact that the unit has fully expandable memory by simply buying higher capacity SD memory cards. The FM radio seems pretty good so far. Has FM and voice recorder functions which can be useful. Has many other functions. You have to read the manual (an Adobe file on the CD) in order to learn the full capacity of this product. It's worth taking the time to do this.

I bought another armband from e-bay, it works out well. The only problem is about how to clean the screen. It becomes dirty quickly for daily uses.

I have been thoroughly disappointed with their products and lack of customer service. They average about 2-3 weeks to return an email for customer service issues. I finally got through to a representative and was advised to send the product back to them, at my own expense and they emailed back about 1 month later stating that there is no problem with the item. When I emailed back with a detailed description of the specific situation I encountered (item stopped powering on or charging through the USB port) they ceased communication. I still haven't heard back from them, but will never buy their products ever again. They are terrible both at manufacturing and caring for their customers.
