LOVE my ipod--love my music May 5, 2008 Who'd a thunk an AARP member would become a fanatical iPod user, but I did. Having just walked home from 'the Loop' in Chicago--I could only do so with my music in my ears (and good weather). If you love music, or want to listen to anything including yesterdays webcast from whatever--this is the gizmo for you. A fabulous additional buy is the plug into the electrical socket recharger, so you don't have to go to the computer to just recharge.
Excellent May 3, 2008 This is an excellent product but you might as well upgrade to the next level as that's what I wound up doing in the end anyway.
Apple iPod shuffle April 27, 2008 It's small easy to use and has good sound. It works good after you down load itunes. The thing I didn't like about it is you have to use itunes to use it.
Just what I wanted! April 14, 2008 I purchased the shuffle to use just when I went to the Gym, I love the size and it clips on to my clothing and stays in place while I workout, this is just what I wanted!
Best MP3 player ever April 12, 2008 I own 6 different MP3 players. But this is the cheapest and most performing one I ever bought. Terrific sound, extremely compact, you can put it anywhere, I used intensively on my snowmobile, and my ATV. It may sound weird but the best thing I like about it that it does not have a screen i.e. no scratches, frost bites and sun toasted lcd displays. Besides it works very well in snowy, rainy and extremely cold or dusty conditions. The only remark I have about it is that it works only with the Apple Itunes which is a little bit hard to manipulate. When I first had it, I plugged on a PC where there was no Itunes installed and my shuffle refused to reach a full charge even after 10 hours of continuous charging. But the Shuffle 2G remains a small wonder. I hope that Apple will create new versions with more than 1 GB inside.
