PLEASE Do not buy this item is very bad because they tell you that it works and is not true i got it and did not work at all and them when i returned they keep 15% of the price so for that experiment i lost like $80 with S&H.
if you do not want to lose your money do not try it

This is a fantastic product that allows my husband and I to stay connected with the children and grandchildren who are located throughout the United States! It took a little bit of effort to get set-up the first time, but the Vialta Customer Service was very helpful. It has been very easy to use subsequently. The video quality can be a bit jumpy when the little ones are moving around excessively (e.g., demonstrating their karate moves), but is made up by the ability to see our family live. The grandchildren (located 2500 miles away) were able to celebrate their grandfather's birthday party and watch him open up thier present. We love it!

I loved this product! Although this is my first video phone purchase, for the price you can't beat it! The image is much like that of what you may find on a computer. It's very easy to set up and use. Great way to keep in touch with older family members.
